How to apply to the Foundation Year

Your path to studying in the UK is simpler than you think ! Follow the steps below to complete your application.

Fill in your application

Complete the online form with your details. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s submitted

Upload your documents

Upload the required files securely through the submission portal

You’ll get your acceptance letter

You’ll receive an official offer letter if you meet all admission requirements with details about fees, accommodation, etc.

Confirm your place

Secure your spot by paying the deposit and meeting offer requirements

Our Student Services Support Team will guide you throughout the entire university application process. You will receive communications around the stages of the application cycle including reminders and important information about visa and accommodation.

Admission Requirements

Academic Requirements

Completion of local high school (For Saudi Students: Completion of Tawjihiyya or Thanawiyya Al’Aaama (Secondary School Certificate) with a minimum of 80% in the final year with 80% in Maths, or average of 75% over last two years with 75% in Maths)

English Language Requirements

To be accepted onto the International Foundation Year, applicants must meet the minimum entry criteria shown below:

Conditional & Unconditional Offers

Once you’ve submitted your application, you’ll receive one of the following offers:

Unconditional
No conditions you need to meet to secure your place for your chosen course.

Conditional
You need to meet certain conditions, academic, English language requirements, to secure your place. Your specific conditions will vary depending on your course type, subject, university and study length. You’ll find full details in your offer letter.

Fees, Scholarships & Payment Plans

The Foundation Year costs 60,000 SAR in total, but you can get discounts by choosing the following payment options:

Early Payment

Pay in full before:
1 Sep (September entry)
or
1 Nov (December entry)

10% Discount on paid tuition

Split Payment

28,000 before 1 Sep / 1 Nov
28,000 before 1 Dec / 1 Mar

6.67% Discount (if punctual)

Referral

Apply in pairs and each student
receives 5% discount

5% Discount each(on paid tuition*)

Flexible Payment

15,000 before 1 Sep / 1 Nov
15,000 before 1 Dec/ 1 Jan
15,000 before 1 Feb / 1 Mar
15,000 before 1 Apr / 1 May

Pay in 4 installments

“Paid Tuition” explained:
54,000 SR paid tuition (Offer A), less 5% referral (Offer C) · total payment = 51,300 SR (VAT inclusive)
56,000 SR paid tuition (Offer B), less 5% referral (Offer C) · total payment = 53,200 SR (VAT inclusive)
60,000 SR full list price per student (VAT inclusive)
